The integrated apparatus includes three cables extending from the housing. The three cables are used to provide power, satellite reception, and a home phone line. The apparatus includes document printing using the built-in wireless capability. An Internet router allows Internet communication of local area devices. A digital camera is included to allow video and still photography, as well as video conferencing. In case a home phone line is not available, it is possible to use wireless connections, such as HSDPA or GPRS, provided by mobile telecommunication companies.
