The first converging unit may be configured to converge a voltage level of a first input signal to a reference voltage. The second converging unit may be configured to converge a voltage level of a second input signal to the reference voltage. The switching unit may be configured to determine whether to short-circuit output terminals of the first and second converging units during a period when the voltage levels of the first and second input signals are being converged to the reference voltage.
