The system includes one or more search engines configured to provide one or more documents based on a search query sent by a user. Further, the system includes a client application configured to capture the query sent by the user and the document tags provided by the document author or inbound links. The client application monitors one or more interactions of the user with the one or more documents for one or more events and provides a relevance measure to the one or more documents based on the captured query or tags, and the one or more events.
