The terminals are provided with a raised portion that is formed such that a portion of the terminals protrudes, and the plurality of terminals and the plurality of conductors in the conductor-exposed portion are respectively welded together by performing resistance welding with the terminals and the conductors abutting against each other via the raised portion. This enables welding to be performed with a small current with regard to resistance welding of the plurality of terminals of the flat cable connector and the plurality of conductors of the flat cable, thus reducing power consumption during welding, and can also achieve stable welding quality.
