In the light source integrated photoelectric conversion apparatus, the light-emitting element is formed on the same substrate as that of the plurality of photoelectric conversion element, one surface of the photoelectric conversion layer is disposed on the side opposite to the emission direction further away from the other surface of the light-emitting layer, and one surface of the light-emitting layer and the substrate face each other.
