An organic electroluminescent (EL) display device includes: a main substrate; an organic light-emitting layer formed above the main substrate and including a red light-emitting layer which emits red light, a green light-emitting layer which emits green light, a blue light-emitting layer which emits blue light, and a bank which is a non-light emitting region; a first light-adjusting layer formed above the blue light-emitting layer and the bank, which selectively transmits the blue light and selectively absorbs the green light and the red light; and a second light-adjusting layer formed above the red light-emitting layer and the green light-emitting layer, which selectively absorbs the blue light and selectively transmits the green light and the red light.
