The optical substrate includes a base and a plurality of scattering particles. The scattering particles are mixed in the base. The transparent electrode is directly disposed on the optical substrate. The organic electroluminescent structure is disposed on the transparent electrode. The back electrode is disposed on the organic electroluminescent structure.
