The annular spoke mounting part further includes at least one recess disposed in an area between two adjacent ones of the spoke openings. The at least one recess extends less than half of a circumferential distance between the two adjacent ones of the spoke openings. The side walls extend radially from the annular spoke mounting and the outer bridge to define an annular interior space. The outer bridge includes a through hole that at least partially aligns with the at least one recess as viewed in a radial direction of the bicycle rim.
