The information detecting unit detects commodity information. The storing unit stores sales data in which the numbers of sold items of the commodities are added to the commodity information. The declaring unit declares cancellation of the sales data. The selection receiving unit receives selection of a commodity as a cancellation target. The input receiving unit receives the input of the number of items to be cancelled. The cancellation control unit deducts the number of items, the input of which is received by the input receiving unit, from the number of sold items added to the sales data of the commodity as the cancellation target stored in the storing unit.
