The first comparing unit receives a detecting signal representing a state of the load and a first reference signal, and generates a first comparing signal accordingly. The duty cycle operating unit controls power conversion of the converting circuit according to the first comparing signal. The second comparing unit receives the detecting signal and a second reference signal, and generates a second comparing signal accordingly. The reference voltage supplying unit supplies the first reference signal and adjusts a level of the first reference signal in response to the second comparing signal.
