The method of transmitting data includes: determining a data transmission priority using at least one of information relating to data needed to continuously perform a task, that is currently performing, in an external device and information relating to data transmission means; determining transmission methods for each data based on the data transmission priority; and transmitting data to the external device according to the determined transmission methods.
