The network device also includes a packet aggregation module that uses the N of the multicast packets to form aggregate data. The network device also includes a packet format module that adds a header to the aggregate data to form a unicast packet. The network device also includes a second interface that transmits the unicast packet. N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
