The lubricant conduit and the compressed air conduit are associated with an air/lubricant mixer element. The flow regulator includes a valving element at least partly housed within a sized hole and movable therein via a control stem. The stem has at least one portion of conical profile having a length equal to at least 3 times the diameter of the sized hole.
