The support for bicycle saddle comprises a support rod (20), connected at its upper part to the saddle (10) and engaged slidingly in a lower support element (30), rigidly fixed to the bicycle frame (40); an actuator member (60) suitable to exert a thrust force on the rod (20) in axial direction, said actuator member (60) being housed inside said frame (40), at the lower part of the rod (20); a blocking member (50), integral to said lower support element (30) and suitable to fix the position of said rod (20) in a configuration chosen by the cyclist.
