The invention relates to a simple and easy to use stimulatory device which allows the user to apply vibrations to the frenulum, while being an essentially hands-free device, so that the user does not have to manually hold or manipulate the device during use. In an embodiment, the device allows the user to control the amplitude and frequency of the vibrations applied to the frenulum.
