The liquid crystal panel comprises a first common line formed between a light-transmitting portion of a non-display area of a driving device array substrate and a display area of the driving device array substrate, a second common line formed between a first non-display area of the non-display area and the display area, a seal formed on the second common line to overlap the second common line without overlapping the first common line, and a liquid crystal injected into the display area and the light-transmitting portion.
