The second reception unit receives an inquiry to acquire an import processing status using the import data. The reflection unit performs the import processing. The notification units notify the distribution apparatus about the analyzed setting value and the status of the import processing. The distribution apparatus includes an inquiry unit, first and second reception units, and a control unit. The control unit controls, in response to the distribution apparatus not being able to connect to the image processing apparatus, the inquiry unit to issue the inquiry using the setting value received by the first reception unit.
