A pushrod of a respective movable electrical contact is operated by a common actuator unit, which is mechanically connected to each pushrod via a transmission mechanism for transferring a switching force from the actuator unit to each pushrod. The transmission mechanism includes a crankshaft having at least one crank which is pivotally attached to one end of a connection rod. An opposite end of the connection rod is pivotally attached to an end of the pushrod of a corresponding pole part.
