A seat made of metal is mounted to an outer side of the bottom wall of the container body. The seat includes an underside having a first recess. A weight is mounted to the underside of the seat. A cushioning pad is sandwiched between the weight and the seat. The coupling member extends beyond the underside of the seat or an underside of the weight. The coupling member connects with a shaft of a power unit.
