There is discussed according to an embodiment a method for receiving an incoming call with a mobile terminal includes steps of: receiving an incoming call signal; displaying a receiving delay button on a display unit; allowing a call receiver to select the receiving delay button; sending a predetermined comment to a caller; and converting the caller's voice into a text message and displaying a text message on the display unit, such that the call receiver may not run to answer the call and may delay the call for a preset time period when the call receiver receives the call received by the mobile terminal while moving.
