The organic light emitting diode display device according to an embodiment of the invention comprises a display panel including a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate line pairs crossing the data lines, and a plurality of light emitting cells which include an organic light emitting diode device, first and second cell driving circuits for alternately driving the organic light emitting diode device; a data voltage generator supplying a data voltage of a first polarity to the data lines; a compensation voltage generator supplying a compensation voltage of a second polarity to the data lines; and a scan driver for sequentially supplying scan pulses to the gate line pairs, wherein the first and second cell driving circuits are alternately supplied with the data voltage and the compensation voltage in response to the scan pulses to alternately driven the organic light.
