The communication unit is configured to wirelessly communicate with a plurality of access points, receive an output signal from each of the plurality of access points, and send an instruction to an image processing device through one of the plurality of access points. The first identifying unit is configured to identify, from among the plurality of access points, at least one accessible access point from which the communication unit is currently capable of receiving the outputted signal, and identify a target access point through which the communication unit most recently has sent the instruction to the image processing device from among the at least one accessible access point. The communication unit connects to the target access point.
