The electronic gaming machine comprises at least one display device, at least one input device, a memory and at least one computer processor configured to display at least a first hand and a second hand of at least three cards. After the at least two hands are displayed, the player is provided an opportunity to slide the cards in either or both hands to select the common card shared between the two hands to optimize the combination of cards in either or both hands.
