The conveyor belt conveys the recording medium having been conveyed by the feed member. The suction section sucks the recording medium onto the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt includes a first region that is to receive the part of the recording medium and a second region adjacent to the first region. The conveyor belt has a plurality of suction holes in communication with the suction section. The suction holes have a lower opening ratio in the first region than in the second region.
