The luggage compartment houses an additional loading floor that can be placed by a user in a lowered position, adjacent to the bottom floor, and in at least one raised position. The vehicle further has a retention member connected to a front end portion of the additional loading floor and to the cross-beam and has two flexible elongated elements connected to a rear end portion of the additional loading floor when the latter is placed in the lowered position.
