The thin film encapsulation layer includes a plurality of laminated inorganic layers, at least one inorganic layer of the plurality of inorganic layers includes a plurality of inorganic layer patterns that are disposed to be spaced apart from each other on a plane, and an organic layer is formed between the plurality of inorganic layer patterns.
