The tube can define a channel fluidly communicating with the receiving cavity, the straight portion, and the bent portion. The channel can extend through an outlet of the bent portion. A distal end of the bent portion can form an annular surface surrounding the outlet. The annular surface can be substantially parallel to an axis of the straight portion.
