The fifth lens element with refractive power has a convex object-side surface, wherein at least one of two surfaces of the fifth lens element is aspheric. The sixth lens element with negative refractive power has a concave image-side surface, wherein at least one of two surfaces of the sixth lens element is aspheric, and the sixth lens element has at least one inflection point on at least one of the surfaces thereof.
