Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for reading an RFID token (106), having the following steps: converting an RFID read command (184) into a memory card command (192) by means of an electronic device (100, 101), which has an integrated memory card reader (182), transmitting the memory card command to an RFID card (107) by means of the memory card reader, wherein the RFID card contains a memory card interface (187) for the memory card reader and an RFID reader (188, 189, 190) that can be addressed via the memory card interface, sending the RFID read command (184) contained in the memory card command (192) from the RFID reader to the RFID token by means of an RFID read signal, receiving an RFID response (193) from the RFID token by means of the RFID reader, transmitting the RFID response (193) to the memory card reader of the electronic device via the memory card interface.
