In the TIA, a feedback circuit is added to a regulated cascode structure to be connected in parallel, so that an input resistance value is reduced and a bandwidth is easily broadened. Alternatively, an inductor is added to the regulated cascode structure, so that an input capacitance is reduced and bandwidth is easily broadened.
