When an output has overshot, an overshoot suppression amount including a time-dependent attenuation suppression amount is added to an output feedback control amount, the time-dependent attenuation suppression amount being defined in a period during which the output overshoots. Alternatively, when the output has undershot, an undershoot suppression amount including a time-dependent attenuation suppression amount is added to the output feedback control amount, the time-dependent attenuation suppression amount being defined in a period during which the output undershoots.
