The connecting segments are at the terminal slots respectively, and the tail portions are respectively extending from the connecting portions and protruded out of a rear side of the base member. The fixing base is at the rear side of the base member, and includes a partition board and barriers. The partition board defines two lateral surfaces corresponding to each other. The barriers are respectively extending from the lateral surfaces, and through grooves are defined between the barriers. Each of the barriers is covered to two sides of the corresponding soldering portion.
