The liquid crystal display includes a power module, which senses an input voltage and outputs a mode conversion signal when the input voltage is equal to or less than a reference voltage, and a timing controller which changes a driving mode of a source driver integrated circuit (IC) in response to receiving the mode conversion signal from the power module.
