The apparatus method includes when a request for photographing an image is made, detecting a motion of the portable terminal and generating motion information, generating coordinates corresponding to a plurality of image data based on the motion information, combining the plurality of image data based on the coordinates to generate combined image data, and displaying the combined image data.
