The variable acupressure ball includes a shaft protruding from the top of the body of the acupressure unit, a cap-shaped acupressure ball loosely fitted around the shaft, and an elastic unit resiliently restoring an interval between the cap-shaped acupressure ball and the shaft. The acupressure ball formed on the acupressure unit is variable in position according to acupressure strength.
