The elongated structure has an interior surface and an exterior surface, a first opening at a proximate end, and a second opening along a length of the elongated structure. The sleeve has an interior surface and an exterior surface with a protrusion. The protrusion is adapted to extend through the second opening to the exterior surface of the elongated structure forming a gripping member.
