The communication matching method includes: obtaining, by a second user equipment supporting a D2D function, D2D capability information of a serving base station of a cell to which the second user equipment currently belongs; obtaining, by the second user equipment, information, which is broadcasted by a first user equipment supporting the D2D function, of the first user equipment after determining that the cell to which the second user equipment currently belongs supports the D2D function according to the D2D capability information; performing, by the second user equipment, communication matching with the first user equipment according to the information of the first user equipment and the D2D capability information of the serving base station of the cell to which the second user equipment currently belongs.
