The method includes performing data communication through a cellular communication network, determining whether a service type of the data communication matches one of predetermined service types, and switching, when the service type of the data communication matches one of the predetermined service types, from the cellular communication network to a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) of an Access Point (AP) for which its beacon signal is received with a signal strength greater than or equal to a first threshold value.
