The side wall defines an aperture including a first slot portion and a second slot portion disposed closer to the cap end than the first slot portion. A wall of the second slot portion nearest the cap end is between approximately 0.010 inches and approximately 0.120 inches axially offset from the axially extending portion of the cap.
