A computationally implemented system and method that is designed to, but is not limited to: electronically receiving one or more at least partially mobile operating system operated intermediate electronic communication device relayed transmissions from one or more at least partially mobile operating system operated intermediate electronic communication devices activated from standby mode to be one or more communication network relays for use by one or more origination electronic communication devices to communicate at least in part with one or more destination electronic communication devices.
