A control system includes: a first pressure sensor disposed in a pilot oil passage between an operating device and a control valve and detecting pressure of pilot oil; a second pressure sensor disposed in the pilot oil passage between the control valve and a direction control valve and detecting the pressure of the pilot oil; a control valve controller controlling the control valve; a data acquisition unit acquiring data on a detection value of the first pressure sensor and a detection value of the second pressure sensor in a state where the pilot oil passage is opened by the control valve; and a correction unit correcting the detection value of the first pressure sensor or the second pressure sensor based on the data acquired by the data acquisition unit so that the detection value of the first pressure sensor is identical to the detection value of the second pressure sensor.
