A water saving control mechanism includes a main body and a dynamic distribution device disposed in the main body. The dynamic distribution device includes a stopper disposed in a water channel of the main body and a drive assembly driven by water flow to bring the stopper to move. When the stopper is driven by the drive assembly, the stopper is to block one of the water outlets by turns for water outflow.
