A printed circuit board (PCB) is provided and includes first and second pairs of electrically conductive signal traces on different layers of the PCB, each pair of the first and second pairs of traces being connected to a corresponding pair of the plurality of pairs of contacts; and at least one split ground plane including first and second sections being substantially electrically isolated from one another, wherein at least a portion of the first section is adjacent to at least a portion of the first pair of traces and at least a portion of the second section is adjacent to at least a portion of the second pair of traces.
