The electronic device includes a camera module, and a camera control module operatively connected to the camera module, wherein the camera control module obtains focus information of a subject to be captured by using the camera module, moves a lens of a camera to focus the camera on the subject based on at least the focus information, and provides guide information corresponding to the movement of the lens through an output device operatively connected to the electronic device.
