When a tiled large-screen image display apparatus using a plurality of flat panel displays is implemented, light emitted in two directions may be combined using the transflective electro-optic device. Accordingly, it is possible to effectively remove a visual obstacle caused by the frames of the plurality of flat panel displays, increase the degree of visual immersion, and also enable minimization of the volume of the image display apparatus and modularization of the same.
