The first subpixel electrode includes a first subregion under the insulating layer and a second subregion thereon, the first and second subregions are coupled to each other through a contact bole formed in the insulating layer, the second subpixel electrode is positioned on the insulating layer, the first subregion of the first subpixel electrode and a third subregion of the second subpixel electrode overlap, and the first subregion of the first subpixel electrode is formed with concave portions at edges of left and right lateral sides of a planar shape including a cross-shaped connecting portion at its center and four trapezoids enclosing the cross-shaped connecting portion.
