In a state in which the complex planetary is formed, the controller is configured to operate, in a predetermined mode, the first and second rotating machines at operating points at which a total of absolute values of workloads of the first and second rotating machines is smaller than the total of the absolute values at operating points for achieving an electric power balance between the first and second rotating machines.
