First plates are attached to both ends of the first rotating shaft to concurrently rotate with the first rotating shaft about a strike object by an elastic restoring force. A second rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the first plates. A second plate is attached to the second rotating shaft to concurrently rotate with the second rotating shaft about the strike object by the elastic restoring force when a handle is mounted.
