The angles of the bent portions 47a to 47e are 80°, 90°, 100°, 110°, and 120°, respectively. The angles of the bent portions 47f to 47j are 120°, 110°, 100°, 90°, and 80°, respectively. Negative current collecting plates are also bent in the same manner.
