The heat discharging sheet includes a heat discharging layer having a first surface and a second surface, an adhesive layer disposed on the first surface of the heat discharging layer, the adhesive layer being bonded to the heat source and including a thermal conductivity enhancing material, and a protective layer disposed on the second surface of the heat discharging layer, the protective layer including a thermal conductivity enhancing material.
